Use this form to reserve the Clubhouse. Reservation includes only the Clubhouse Main Hall and Kitchen. It does NOT include the Patio, Pool / SPA, Tennis Court, Fitness Center or Surrounding area. All event setup (Tables, Chairs, Decorations, etc.) may only be placed in the Reserved Areas. Main Hall maximum capacity is 98. Only Registered Permanent Residents, in good standing, ie those that are up-to-date on assessment payments and have no outstanding violations, may reserve the Clubhouse. This form, when submitted, will be processed by our management company, who will in turn notify you of your approved or disapproved reservation, with reasons if disapproved.

Rental Fee and Schedule

Rental Fee - $200.00

Reservation Schedule - 7AM - 11PM

Provide a brief description of Event, including the organization involved, if applicable   (required) Explain Purpose for renting Clubhouse facilities. (i.e. Birthday Party, Club, Game, Meeting, etc.).
If reservation involves an organization, list the full name of the organization and its primary purpose.

Please have adequate supervision for children or teen parties. A minimum of 1 – 2 adults per 8 – 10 children is recommended.
No Children in Fitness Center or Pool without Adult Supervision.

No Alcoholic Beverages or Drugs may be Stored, Served, or Consumed at Clubhouse, Patio, Pool or Surrounding Area.

List the names of all your guest. This list will be provided to the guards as your authorized guests for the event   (required)

I agree NOT to hang or attach anything to the ceiling fans.
I agree NOT to prop open the pool area gates.
I agree to compensate for any damage incurred by my event or participants of my event.
I agree NOT to leave event setup items behind at the end of my event.
I agree NOT to set up or store anything in Fitness Center, Patio, Pool Area, Tennis Court, Walk Way or Rest Rooms.

Payment Information
Security Deposit: $300.00

Make checks payable to: Stonehaven HOA ... (personal checks are acceptable).
  Payment must be received 2 weeks before the event to hold the reservation.

Refund Policy:

Security Deposit only, if cancelled within two weeks of reserved date.
Full refund (security deposit plus rental fee), if cancelled more that two weeks in advance of reserved date.

The cost of repairing damages or correcting conditions left in disarray, plus fines for violating rules and agreements will be taken from the security deposit. Costs and charges in excess of Security Deposit will be billed to homeowner.
